1. Billing Structure

ReviewHQ subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD). Taxes may apply depending on your region.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:

  • Verified billing errors (e.g., incorrect amount charged)
  • Duplicate payments processed in error
  • Technical issues that prevented service delivery for an extended period

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the billing date.

3. No Refunds for Unused Time

We do not provide refunds for unused time after billing has commenced. This includes:

  • Partial months of unused service
  • Cancellations made during an active billing period
  • Changes in business needs or service requirements
  • Dissatisfaction with features or functionality

We encourage all users to take advantage of our 21-day free trial to evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription.

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing renewals but does not result in a refund for the current billing period. Your service will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Example: If you cancel on January 15th but paid for service through January 31st, you will retain access until January 31st with no refund for the remaining days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
