Cancellations Policy

1. How to Cancel

You may cancel your ReviewHQ subscription at any time using one of the following methods:

Directly from your account dashboard (self-service cancellation)
By emailing our support team at support@getreviewhq.com

No cancellation fees or penalties apply. The process is simple and straightforward.

2. Service Continuation

When you cancel your subscription:

Your service remains active until the end of your current paid billing period
You retain full access to all features during this time
No additional charges will be processed
Your subscription will not auto-renew

Example: If you're on a monthly plan that renews on the 15th and you cancel on the 5th, you'll continue to have access until the 15th. After that date, your account will be downgraded and no further charges will occur.

3. Data Retention

After your subscription ends:

Your review data and account information are retained for 30 days
During this period, you can reactivate your subscription and restore full access
After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted for privacy compliance
Deleted data cannot be recovered after the 30-day retention period

Important: If you plan to return to ReviewHQ in the future, we recommend exporting any important data before the 30-day retention period expires.

4. Reactivation

You can reactivate your account at any time:

Within 30 days: Full data restoration with all previous settings and information
After 30 days: Fresh account setup required (previous data permanently deleted)

5. No Refunds on Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until your paid period expires. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
